Open Source Software

Source code corresponding to certain Open Source Software ("OSS") components incorporated into products manufactured or distributed by E.F. Johnson Company, a JVCKENWOOD company ("EFJohnson"), may be included with the product or provided separately.

Use of such OSS is subject to the applicable OSS license(s), the EFJohnson Open Source Software notices, any applicable End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), and the commercial agreement under which the product was acquired. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable terms and conditions.

Source code availability is governed solely by the applicable OSS license(s). Accordingly, source code may not be available for all OSS components included with the product. The EFJohnson Open Source Software notices identify the OSS components for which source code is provided or made available and describe the applicable method for obtaining such source code.

To request source code for OSS components subject to source code distribution obligations, submit a written request to:

Requests must include the applicable EFJohnson product name and version, as well as the OSS component name and version. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable OSS license(s), EFJohnson may charge a reasonable fee to recover the costs of media, shipping, handling, processing, and administration associated with fulfilling such requests.
